Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Market Maker Portal at portal.marketmakermgmt.com (the “Portal”), operated by Market Maker Portal(“Market Maker Portal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

1. The service

The Portal is a private workspace provided to Market Maker Portal’s clients and staff to collaborate on the management and growth of a client’s YouTube channel — including analytics, content pipeline tracking, file sharing, review and approvals, and messaging. Access is provided in connection with a services relationship between you and Market Maker Portal.

2. Accounts & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use the Portal.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at info@marketmakermgmt.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to circumvent the security of the Portal.
  • Upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content, files, and materials you provide through the Portal (“Your Content”). You grant Market Maker Portal a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the services you have engaged us for. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

5. Third-party services

The Portal integrates with third-party services, including Google and YouTube. The Portal uses YouTube API Services; by connecting your YouTube Analytics you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of the resulting data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

6. Our intellectual property

The Portal, its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content) are owned by Market Maker Portal and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or software beyond the access needed to use the Portal.

7. Fees & billing

Where the Portal displays plans or invoices, fees are governed by the separate agreement between you and Market Maker Portal. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider.

8. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular results — including channel growth — will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Maker Portal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Portal.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Portal at any time if you violate these Terms or if your services relationship with Market Maker Portal ends. You may stop using the Portal at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Portal. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
